ReturnsWe hope you are more than happy with your NOHO purchase, however if this is not the case, we will refund any item you are not happy with.
When returning item(s), they must be in a saleable condition and within 14 days of receipt. They must also be in the original packaging, with the returns tag still attached.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?Please follow the steps below to return your item(s) to us.
Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
Complete Part 2 of your invoice, stating the reason for the return and place this document in your parcel. Please keep Part 1 for your records.
Address your package to: NOHO Returns, 1b Little Titchfield Street, London, W1W 7BX. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer refunds on return postage costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If sending your parcel via Royal Mail, please obtain proof of postage.
To complete your return, we require Part 2 of your invoice. Unfortunately we cannot process a return without this document or the order confirmation which was emailed to you.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
RefundsOnce your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Late or missing refundsIf you are still awaiting your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unfortunately we are only able to offer an exchange for the same product in an alternative size. We are unable to exchange items for a different colour or style online.
If you require an exchange we ask that you also email email@example.com to confirm what you are exchanging for.
If you have ordered a product and wish to exchange for a different colour or style we suggest that you send the product back to us through the post and we will issue a full refund.
You will then be able to place a new order for the product you would prefer.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a faulty item for the same style, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number.
